Delivery models, funding & procurement for smart cities webinar will go through four different roles that cities can play in the adoption of smart city solutions within their boundaries, highlighting funding models and what market failure is addressed for each role: a) Cities as regulators, b) Cities as facilitators, c) Cities as buyers (direct procurers) and d) Cities as partners (public-private partnerships).
